Our Estimation Process

CSI code format is followed for the items mentioned in the drawings.

Our masonry estimating spreadsheet details the following quantities:

1. The foundation wall is built entirely out of masonry units. Concrete masonry units, bricks, glass units, clay bricks, clay tiles, brick tiles, stones, marble, limestone, precast masonry panels rubble in various forms, corner units, pilaster units, lintel blocks, knockouts, stirrups, sill blocks, angle block, square pilasters, headers, halves, etc. 
2. Deductions for cracks, such as doors, windows, and ventilation, are considered.
3. The number of facing bricks, masonry veneer, stone veneer, and brick veneer.
4. The quantity and specific mortar needed are also contingent on us.
5. The density of the concrete block determines the amount of grout needed. Construction waste is also covered.
6. Various items, i.e., anchor bolts, sleeves, brackets, brick ties, etc.
7. Masonry insulation, masonry flashing, and weep holes if required.
8. For zip code-based prices, RSMeans and our building cost database are used to calculate material, equipment, and labor costs.
